Covid-19 Safety Procedures

At ProPodiatry, we have always strived to create a safe and infection-free environment. This means that we uphold strict cleaning policies for our entire premises, ensure that all equipment is sanitised to the highest standard before and after each treatment, and all of our instruments are sterilised in between uses. Much of our day-to-day procedures did not need adapting for Covid-19, as these infection policies were already in place.

Following advice from the Royal College of Podiatry, we do not implement a mandatory mask-wearing policy – however we remain a mask-friendly practice. This means that you are not required to wear a mask when you attend your appointment with us, but are welcome to do so if you wish, and if you would feel more comfortable with your podiatrist wearing a mask then all you need to do is let our friendly staff know at the time of booking or upon your arrival and a mask will be donned.

We ask that anyone displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or have had a positive covid test reschedule their appointment for a later date, and we would like to make you aware that, on occasion, it may be necessary for us to reschedule your appointment if the member of staff that you have booked to see is displaying symptoms or has had a positive Covid test. This is for your safety, the safety of our staff, and the safety of our other patients.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
